Two Programs to Choose From

McLeod Vinyl Windows has established two different dealership programs to suit your needs.

Displaying Dealer

The displaying dealer will be given a discount that takes into account the square footage allocated to displaying McLeod vinyl windows and their position in the market place.

To qualify, the displaying dealer must meet the following criteria:

1. Establish an approved line of credit.
2. Display current McLeod products in an established show room or designated area.
3. Have the facilities to receive shipments and semi-deliveries. All shipments will be to the dealers location unless drop shipments have been arranged.
4. Have minimum annual purchases.

Prefabricator/Consolidator

The prefabricator/consolidator will be given a discount that takes into account the sales volume and their position in the market place.

To qualify,the prefabricator/consolidator must meet the following criteria:

1. Establish an approved line of credit.
2. Promote current McLeod products as a major product line.
3. Have the facilities to receive and accommodate semi-trailer and container deliveries. All shipments will be to the dealers location unless drop shipments have been arranged.
4. Have minimum annual purchases.

Dealer Territories/Special ConsiderationsMcLeod's philosophy is to support the dealer and limit the number of dealers in the area while achieving dominance within a given market area.

In order to achieve this philosophy, McLeod's may at times sell direct within the dealer area of business. At all times, McLeod's will try to give notification in advance of selling direct.
