Kevin leads our team with over 30 years experience in the Window and Door Industry and 25+ years in Management. His focus is on providing excellent customer service. Kevin ensures a smooth experience by keeping open lines of communication between clients and all team members.

Aidan has 5+ years of experience in customer service positions and 3+ years of experience working with Kohltech’s Window and Door products. His time spent on the assembly line has given him an in-depth understanding of products. His strong product knowledge, and no-pressure sales approach will have you feeling comfortable and confident.

Matt has over 15 years of experience in the window and door industry in Alberta – from both the renovation and new construction perspective. Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong interaction with the homeowner are his goals each and every time making the experience straightforward and comfortable.

With more than 20 years of experience in customer service Marcela’s philosophy centers around the idea that alone we can do so little; together we can do so much more! She is committed to excellence in customer service and always practices personal accountability in the workplace.

Jim has over 30 years of residential window and door experience in Edmonton. Extensive product knowledge and installation experience ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs. He’s committed and takes pride in providing a positive and enjoyable experience.

With 5+ years of retail customer service and supervisory experience, Mariama is our friendly and talented receptionist. She strives to ensure that your visits and calls meet and exceed your expectations. She always makes herself available, loves taking on new responsibilities, and enjoys working with co-workers and clients.
